Our Corporate 401(k) Advisory practice is led by Partner Lauren Siewert, who brings nearly 20 years of experience in finance, accounting, strategic consulting, and client relationship management. Lauren oversees our firm’s corporate retirement plan relationships, including long-standing partnerships with organizations such as the UTCA, ACCNJ, PWC-NJ and a range of other clients across the construction industry and related sectors.
As a Certified Public Accountant and investment advisor, Lauren combines deep financial expertise with a strong understanding of employer needs, plan design, and regulatory compliance. Her strength as a skilled public speaker and communicator makes her particularly effective at engaging plan sponsors and participants alike— offering clear, actionable guidance that drives better retirement outcomes. Through personalized, in-person employee education sessions, Lauren delivers engaging seminars that connect directly with participants, helping them better understand their benefits and take meaningful steps toward financial wellness.
Lauren’s leadership extends beyond her advisory work. She plays an active role in advancing women in the workplace through her involvement with the Professional Women in Construction – NJ Chapter, where she currently serves as Chair of the Mentorship Program. A mother of three and a committed community leader in Monmouth County, Lauren is also a speaker on financial literacy and empowerment at regional events, including the Pillar NJ Summit, and a long-time volunteer with Impact 100 Jersey Coast.
Her passion for building relationships, driving impact, and empowering others makes Lauren the ideal leader for our 401(k) advisory services. Under her guidance, we help employers create and manage retirement plans that are effective, compliant, and tailored to their workforce.
